Secure Access Beyond the CAD
Every link is generated with defined access and scope. Agencies control what is visible, who can view it, and how long it remains available.
What is Shared
A view-only display of live call data, comments, and a map. CJIS information is automatically redacted from the shared view.
Who Can See It
Access is granted through secure, permission-based links, allowing command staff and external partners to view incidents without system access.
When It's Available
Agencies can revoke a link manually. Access also ends automatically when the call closes or when the link has remained open for more than 72 hours.
